Adroit is difficult to define as it solves so many business needs. Predominantly it is focused around
routine pieces of work, so is perfect for job management for SMEs, queue-based workflows, and general data capture and reporting.
Adroit: Beginning at the End
When designing Adroit, we started with where we wanted to finish. It's been built from the ground up with a focus on ease-of-use, minimal IT involvement
(but always being around to support it if the need arises) and incredible flexibility without the need for a degree in rocket science.
What we've succeeded in building is a system that non-technical people have no trouble picking up and using, both from a configuration perspective
(which has been designed to be set-and-forget) and for every day usage.
Adroit fills the gap between overly simple job/case/project management systems with limited flexibility, and enormous, multi-million-dollar workflow systems
that require massive investment and, by the time they're finally implemented, rarely solve the initial problem as the target has moved.
The ability to respond instantly to the constant business and environmental changes present in the contemporary marketplace was our goal, and we feel
we've passed it with flying colours.
About Wasabi Creative
Wasabi Creative are software artisans. We aim to build beautiful, functional software based on fundamental, reliable patterns.
What this means in practice is we look for trends in the way people work and interact with IT, then base our solutions on those trends.
The result is software with a much longer shelf life, and a much lower total cost of ownership.

Architecture / Design / Development
When Mick and I began designing Adroit, we actually underestimated the complexity in delivering simplicity.
By that I mean that to get Adroit to where it is now required some serious sit-down planning.
Each step of the way, when confronted with a problem or an unexpected twist we stopped and simplified
our approach so as not to build unnecessary complexity into the system.
I'm really proud of the result, especially the incredible speed with which we move on refining and improving
the product. Each day Adroit just gets better and better.

Project Management / Development
Having been in the software development industry since the 1990s, I’ve noticed a
common trend in business for companies to buy software packages that don’t fit their
business requirements 100% and then they try to adapt the business processes to align
with the software.
With Adroit, it’s the other way around. Adroit can easily be changed to support
your business process. Because after all, you know your business better than anyone
else.
The ability to add your own field information to a job means that you can personally
change the system as your business changes without having to come back to us. This
combined with the ability to quickly allocate job tasks to your staff means you’ll
alleviate those unwanted bottle necks and increase your company productivity.
We look forward to helping you make improvements in your business with the Adroit
system supporting you.
