As part of the Adroit implementation process we work through your business process flows, highlighting potential improvements as we go, and map these into the Adroit system.
We use the Adroit user interface to achieve this, so we sit with you and show you how to build your business up inside Adroit. We recommend you doing some of the setup yourself,
which gives you even more ownership of your Adroit implementation.
If you ever need us, though, we have support packages to suit any size or structure of business - we can help online, over the phone or on-site as required. Help is never far away.
We've been very successful in companies training themselves in the Adroit platform, but we usually recommend a 'train the trainer' approach where we can teach key individuals everything your
organisation needs, then step back and let you run the show.
